I NEED to do a session like this one.  I am going to see if I can fit in a mini session (or two) this fall.  Why am I telling you this?  Well, i am looking for a few fun couples who are willing to spend about 15 -20 mins with me at a laundromat.  It will cost you nothing and you will receive a cd with a few images on it.

If you are interested, send me an email or a Face Book message and I will add you to a list.  Once I find them time I will contact you and set up a day.  I imagine I will do all the couples on the same day; quick mini session of fun.

I was updating my calendar tonight and noticed that the rest of the year is all most booked (oh my).  I am so thankful for all the great people that I have met over the course of the past two years.  I have learned a lot about myself and my style of photography has improved with each session.  After a ton of thinking about the direction I would like to take my business, I have come to the conclusion of slowing down a bit. 

What does this mean?  Right now it means that I will be taking on fewer clients each month; this will enable me to give better customer service to each client.  It will also allow me to deliver the final product to my clients much quicker.  Less stress for me and happier clients ~ a great combination. 

I love what I do.  I love taking pictures.  Slowing down a bit will allow me to continue to do what I love and  allow my passion to grow.

Right now I have a few spots open in November.  I will be taking December ~ March off (I may do a few mini sessions after the 1st of the year; I will post dates if I do).   If you are interested in booking a November session or a session in the spring, send me an email and I will put you on my list.

I had a session planned for Friday down in Skagit County in the tulip fields.  But guess what ~ they have not popped yet.  I moved the session back a few weeks; hope the weather and mother nature approve of this new date.

On a different note, I find so much inspiration looking at other photography blogs.  I have several book marked;  I check them on a daily basis.  I realized I have ignored my blog for so long.  I tend to only post when I have completed a job.  And to be 100% honest with you, my life tends to take over and I find little time to get to my blog. 

I am trying really, really hard to post more.  Not sure why; I don’t feel very comfortable behind a key board; not sure if others even come and look at my work (besides my die hard friends ~ thanks guys!!!!).  Who knows, maybe a little practice is all I need to really get the creative juices flowing (in my writing).  I don’t intend to be an inspiration to others; I just want to show pretty pictures to whoever stumbles across this site.
